Use:

Use this PROTECT MY HAIR hair mask before or after shampooing. Apply and distribute the product on wet hair from root to tip. There is no need to use a large amount as the mask is very effective even when used in small amounts.

Leave on for at least 10-15 minutes, preferably under a heat cap, cellophane or hot towel to help the active ingredients penetrate. If you have dry or frizzy hair, you can leave the mask on overnight. Then rinse thoroughly.

For intensive treatment, use the hair mask twice a month. To maintain the result, use monthly.
